Australia - Regular Delivery Timeframes
Regular orders: 2-7 business days for delivery.
Express orders: 1-3 business days for delivery.
Send an email at hi@somethingthomas.com including your order number and address it is to be
delivered to. The more information you provide the sooner we can try and change your shipping
address. Make sure you enter “Important - please change shipping address” into the email subject
line.
If you email with a change of shipping address please keep in mind that your order may have
already been sent; please be as careful as possible to provide the correct information when placing
your order.
Tracking will be provided for all orders (in AU and NZ). You will be sent an email once your order
has been dispatched so you can keep track of your delivery, and keep your excitement under
control.
Australia Post Tracker
Any item can be refunded if it is returned within 95 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return,
your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the
original packaging.
Unfortunately, we do not offer a refund on opened or used products and do not offer exchanges
online.
We will notify you once your return has been received and approved.
The refund will be processed to the original method of payment, and for the amount paid minus a small charge for the shipping fee incurred by Something Thomas for the delivery of the goods to you.
We recommend using a tracked service to return the goods as all transport risk is borne by the sender.

If you’re getting in touch about a return, please include your order number and product details in
the email.
Your Something Thomas watch is covered under our lifetime warranty. Our lifetime guarantee warranty covers any problems related to manufacturing defects that occur during your ownership. Minor damage like scuffs and small dings are not covered because that would be a waste of a perfectly good watch... If your watch breaks under normal use, we'll replace it or repair it for you. We do reserve the right to decide if your damage is covered under our lifetime warranty but if you tell us a good yarn, we'll see what we can do.
